Thank you for not smoking...anywhere

In Calabasas, CA they have no passed a law prohibiting smoking in all public places inside & out where people might be exposed to secondhand smoke. This includes sidewalk, bus stops, outdoor cafés, etc. Businesses can still have designated smoking areas outside away from foot traffic. Nice to see that 15 years after California started banning smoking they are still progressing toward more comprehensive laws to protect public health. Meanwhile I'm still just hoping that we can get a basic restriction in the Greater Cincinnati area. Of course they'll never ban it in bars which sucks but if they can at least start with restaurants it would be a step forward.
