Does this worry the hell out of anyone else? Most of these rulings are troubling to me. Especially the one limiting what a student can say about drugs. 'Bong Hits for Jesus' is not the same as yelling 'FIRE!' in a crowded theater (to quote the often used of example of when free speech doesn't apply).

And the idea that taxpayers have no say over how the President uses that money, especially when applied to his 'Faith Based Initiatives'?? The Establishment clause applies to 'Government'. It doesn't discriminate between the executive and legislative branches.

This last bit is a fairly lengthy video is of Edward Tabash gave this speech to members of the Center For Inquiry during a recent cruise in the Galapagos. You may not agree with everything he says but you can't deny that if Bush gets to appoint anymore judges like Roberts this thing will swing and that's a scary thought for proponents of secular society.
